PTFC Youth Academy Assessments

PTFC is excited to announce the youth academy information for our 2019 PTFC Youth Academy Assessments.  These Assessments will be for boys and girls born between the years 2010-2013.  Please see the age group matrix below for the birth year and age groups for the 2019/20 youth academy season.

All PTFC Youth Academy players are required to register for Assessments before being added to the Youth Academy Player Pool.  Here are the following programs:

 

• Pre-Academy U7-U8 (2012-2013 Birth Year)
• Youth Academy U9-U10 (2010-2011 Birth Year)

All players being assessed are required to pay the non-refundable registration fee of $30.  The non-refundable fee will go up to $35 on Monday, May 13.

Please remember to bring the following information to assessments - these forms must be PRINTED and brought with you.  They cannot be uploaded or completed online:

1. 2019/2020 Medical Consent Waiver (Must be original signed & dated)
2. Tryout Waiver
3. Copy of Birth Certificate – for players new to PTFC
